NC’s serious attention drawn over Parliament dissolution

Nepali Congress (NC) has stated that its serious attention was drawn to the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

A meeting of the NC’s current and former office-bearers today concluded that the move to dissolve the Parliament was against democratic norms, spirit and constitutional provisions.

According to NC central office chief secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel, the decision of parliament dissolution will lead the nation to uncertainty.

The party has decided to take right decision to lead the nation towards right track, it is said.

The meeting also decided to move ahead by forging consensus among the active political parties under the leadership of party President Sher Bahadur Deuba.
